PricePulse provides public AI tool pricing pages, pricing history, competitor monitoring, and AI-generated summaries. The service is informational and does not provide legal, financial, investment, or business advice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse PricePulse or submit URLs that require unauthorized access. You may not use the service to:

• Monitor private, paywalled, logged-in, or access-restricted pages without permission.
• Violate third-party rights, terms, or applicable laws.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with PricePulse systems.
• Submit malicious content, spam, or automated requests designed to bypass limits.

3. Accounts and billing

Paid plans may be handled by Stripe. You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information and for all activity under your account or payment link subscription.

4. AI-generated output

AI summaries may contain errors, omissions, or outdated interpretations. You are responsible for verifying important pricing and business decisions against original sources.

5. Availability

We aim to keep PricePulse reliable, but crawling, AI analysis, third-party APIs, and external websites may fail or change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or complete coverage of every pricing change.

6. Intellectual property

PricePulse, its product design, database structure, generated reports, and original content are owned by the PricePulse operator. Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal risk, security risk, payment risk, or service abuse.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PricePulse is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
