Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PricePulse collects and how we use it to operate the pricing intelligence service.

1. Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate PricePulse:

  • Email addresses submitted through the waitlist or product forms.
  • Public competitor URLs and monitoring preferences that users submit.
  • Pricing snapshots, page text, change records, and AI-generated summaries for monitored public pages.
  • Basic request metadata such as timestamp, route, user agent, and hashed network identifiers for abuse prevention and debugging.
  • Payment and subscription status from Stripe when payments are enabled. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by PricePulse.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide the service, send product updates, monitor abuse, improve reliability, and understand aggregate product usage. We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

PricePulse relies on infrastructure and processing providers including Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, and AI model providers. Submitted public page content or diffs may be sent to AI providers to generate summaries and insights.

4. Analytics

We may use privacy-focused analytics to understand page views, traffic sources, and performance. Analytics are used in aggregate to improve the product and prioritize features.

5. Data retention

We keep operational data as long as needed to provide the service, maintain pricing history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You can request deletion of your email or account-related data by contacting us.

6. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from non-transactional emails, request deletion, or ask us to stop monitoring a URL you control. Contact us at the support email we publish before accepting payments.

7. Children

PricePulse is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
